Wow! An assemblywoman who actually listens and is well versed bringing in experts from all backgrounds to talk about a proposed bill and what it would mean for them in their industry!

Very interesting piece! Didn't know base64 was called that because it converted 3x 8 bits to 6 bit (2^6=64) chunks

Got the stepping stones made from recycled glass installed on Saturday, front yard is finally coming together!

A programmer implements a bar. The tester goes in and orders a beer, orders zero beers, orders 999999999 beers, orders -1 beers, orders a lizard, and declares the bar ready for release.

The first customer comes in and asks to use the restroom.

The bar catches fire and burns down.

Getting the moisture sensors wired up with ADS1115 ADC boards. After some initial testing I decided to dead bug wire new smaller versions with 18 gauge solid core wire for rigidity. The ESPHome firmware I'm running is only able to do 12 inputs (3x 4 per ADC board) with a PCA9685 running 15 PWM outputs for LEDs to let me know when my plants need water. With 4x this setup I should be able to cover every possible plant location on the new green wall.

Just made 21 "Bags-O-Food" with around 10lbs of chicken. Looks like a saucy graveyard of bottles but should feed the two of us plus potentially others for about a month when put over rice for both dinners and lunch reheats.

Finally got my MakeMKV default track selection working the way I want using the FLAC profile.

- + English/no language forced subtitles
- + Video
- - Core audio from HD tracks
- + Non-lossless audio in English

My plants outgrew the starter pods in the window and instead of bookcases with plants, my other half suggested we go full bore. Took Sat/Sun to get materials, plan, and build. Strung the lights and re-potted plants last night. Still need to embed magnets into the removable sections around the cords/plugs.

"What drives you?"
"Rechargeable batteries," the robot said.
"No, what motivates you?"
"Oh. Curiosity, compassion, and spite."
"That's... unusual."
"I added the last one when my designers said I would only need the first two."
"I see."
"It helps me better analyse my impulses."

I finally found the page about this change: and removed the HTTP Version Check contents altogether. Under the Advanced section I added the new http-check send version

Http check method: `HEAD`
Http check version: `HTTP/1.1\r\nHost:\ test.local\r\nConnection:\ Upgrade`

Backend pass thru: `http-check send meth HEAD uri /health ver HTTP/1.1 hdr Host test.local hdr Connection: Upgrade`

Just a quick help tip in case anyone else hits this.

Just upgraded my PFSense to 2.5.0 and along with this haproxy-devel upgraded HAProxy to 2.2.6 which comes with some changes for Websocket backends. The config page for HAProxy in PFSense still has the help text in the HTTP Version Check box saying that you can add headers using HTTP/1.1\r\nHost:\ test.local but upon trying to apply config using this "trick" as the config page refers to it as you get an error message telling you to use http-check send instead.
